Big Greg, Foolish and Deelishis are going to bring a high energy, fun, Detroit based perspective to morning radio we think the audience will love,” said Kathy Stinehour, V.P. General Manager of Radio One Detroit.
Each of the individuals bring unique perspectives and talent!
Big Greg is the local Leo Ambassador who was born and raised in the South Bronx, New York. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Degree in Communications and a double minor in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Know as the Hip Hop King of Detroit, Big Greg started his career on the radio in Dayton Ohio and Detroit has been his home for the past seven years.
Detroit radio veteran Foolish is the Michigan winner of the Miller Genuine Draft Comedy Search and a B.E.T. Comic View all-star. Foolish started in radio with parody songs and quick punch lines. He loves entertaining listeners in the morning and connects by hitting the streets to stay in touch with his Detroit community.
Deelishis is an acclaimed model, actress and reality show contestant from VH1’s hit TV show Flavor of Love 2. She has been a panelist on the BET Hip-Hop vs. America and has been featured in various Hip Hop videos and magazines.

Artists who entered the contest by submitting an original piece of music received votes, and those that received the most competed against each other in a LIVE showcase in front of HOT 107.5 listeners, family and friends! Detroit artist Chalmaine Da God won the April showcase, taking home a cash prize, a 3-hour studio session at Royal House Recording and Foot Locker merch!
